Wausau Grass Drags & Swap Meet

The 24th Annual Wausau Snowmobile Grass Drags & Swap Meet, Wisconsin’s LARGEST grass drags & swap meet event hosted by the Trailmates Snowmobile Club of Wausau, WI is coming back again!  The event is being held September 28-29th, 2013 and has become known as the official start to the snowmobile season here in Central Wisconsin.

The chill in the late September air starts winter enthusiasts thinking about getting out and seeing what’s new for the coming season at our incredible Dealer Expo, which will feature 2014 model snowmobiles, ATVs, trucks, trailers, haulers, clothing and lots of accessories.  On Saturday, we have NSRA-sanctioned racing and the Central Wisconsin ATV State Championship pulls.  On Sunday, we're bringing back the vintage snowmobile racers up on the big track along with a second day of Central Wisconsin ATV State Championship pulls.  Legends will be seen.  Records will be set.

As you can see, we continue to work hard to make our event one of the best in the Midwest.  Thanks to the enthusiastic support of our sponsors, vendors, websites linking to us, plus the hard work of many volunteers, the Trailmates Snowmobile Club is able to continue providing this exciting event for North Central Wisconsin.

All vendors are the key to the success of our event.  We ask you to consider reserving your vendor space at the Wausau Snowmobile Grass Drags & Swap Meet through the vendor package.  With your package, you will receive: 4 VIP weekend passes with each 25’ X 60’ site reserved at $150 per site.  Tents also can be reserved.  See the vendor registration form .(pdf) for more details on costs and sizes of tents.  Please send in your vendor registration form in as soon as possible to reserve your site.

Gates open: 8am both days - All displayers enter at GATE 3 (from Stettin Drive - see site map below).  Please note: NO CARRY INS, BICYCLES OR PETS ON EVENT GROUNDS. (Service animals allowed.)  Early setup time, if any, should be indicated on the Vendor Registration Form below and returned to us.  This allows easy site access and setup when you arrive.
